Diabetes Educator, RN
Responsible for assessment and evaluation of the diabetes patients needs and formulate a respective care-plan. Educate diabetes patients, both inpatient and outpatient, on self-management techniques. Provide up-to-date information on diabetes education to entire nursing staff.
Pharmacy Technician
Responsible to the Department Manager, Pharmacy Supervisor, and Pharmacist. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist you will perform IV admixture preparation, fill medication orders, and maintain drug inventory and records. You will need to be competent in all billing and crediting processes within the pharmacy department.
Patient Care Technician
Responsible for providing a variety of non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients.
Medical Assistant Scribe
Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other PH DuBois services, or outside health care providers. The Medical Assistant will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.
Medical Assistant
Responsible to support to the physician or mid-level provider to assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. Optical Dispenser
Responsible for organizing and performing all business office functions related to ordering of lenses, frames, and contacts for the department. The Optical Dispenser is also responsible for daily operation within the Medical Practice. Functions include receiving patients, assessing their needs and acting accordingly to ensure patients are provided with access to appropriate health care providers and ancillary services. Carries out all duties to meet patient needs such as fitting, scheduling, record maintenance, facilitating orders, answering telephones, retrieving test results, etc. Provides clerical support for medical office personnel.
Mental Health Therapist II
Provide psycho-therapeutic services to an assigned patient population using the established standards of care within his/her scope of practice.
Medical Assistant

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR), you’ll assist in patient evaluation, treatment planning and treatment implementation, facilitating development and maintenance of the patient's optimum level of independence in age-appropriate daily life tasks. The COTA actively participates in departmental activities and processes.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provides and coordinates all aspects of treatment, evaluation, support services and education for patients receiving service within the Endocrinology department. Provides clinical functions in support of Endocrinologist. Participates in maintaining a safe, cost-effective patient care environment.
Respiratory Therapist
Responsible to calibrate, inspect and test all respiratory care equipment to insure proper operating condition. Disassembles, cleans and sterilizes equipment for reuse according to prescribed procedures. Administers respiratory care services to include all services as necessary to include all services offered by the department. Coordinates Respiratory Technicians to ensure proper utilization of staff; makes daily work assignments in a fair and equitable manner. Responsible for the quality of patient care delivered. Develops, recommends and implements new procedures, techniques and equipment.
Radiation Therapist
The Radiation Therapist Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Radiation Therapist and Director is responsible for the set up of the radiation therapy patient using specialized equipment and technical skills.
Dosimetrist
Responsible for all of the technical operations in Dosimetry for the Radiation Oncology Department, including simulation, dosimetry and treatment planning.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsible for delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Outpatient Psychotherapist
Provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health care to a variety of persons using the established standards of care within their scope of knowledge and practice.

Responsible and accountable for sorting, assembling, and handing surgical instruments and supplies throughout the preoperative period. The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) provides patient care and performs appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients and effectively interacts within patients, significant others, and other health care team workers while maintaining standards of care.
Lead Physician Assistant
The lead physician assistant in the Q-Care functions as an essential member of the team in the practice setting and on units as indicated by physician needs. they assita in the development of the Q-Care services through training of staff and providers, clinical competency management and scheduling analysis for both staff and providers.
Certified Nurse Anesthetist
Administer local, inhalation, intravenous, regional, neuraxial and other anesthetics which the CRNA is qualified to perform to induce total or partial loss of sensation or consciousness in patients during surgery, delivers, or other medical and dental procedures. You will work primarily in an Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model and enjoy a high degree of autonomy. Case mix is broad and includes cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro, general, ortho, plastics, ENT, dental, urology, GI, limited pediatrics, gynecology, and obstetrics.

Responsible for managing patient care, assuring quality, and assisting in the supervision of other professionals and healthcare workers on the Perianesthesia Unit.
Psychologist
Responsible for implementing the planning and delivery of comprehensive clinical and consultative psychological services using established professional standards of care within the scope of his/her training and experience. The Psychologist assists in the clinical development of new services and through educational activities strengthens the quality of the department and community services.
