Direct Support Professional - Residential Services

Provides supervision and guidance for the individuals who reside within the program by performing the following duties.

Direct Support Professional

Provides supervision and guidance for the individual who reside at the CRRS Program.

Staff Mentor

Responsible for providing additional support to the staff and leadership within the program. This individual assists in training new staff and in supporting the implementation of trauma informed principles and practices, including staff debriefing. This position is responsible for assisting leadership in monitoring staff morale and in implementing necessary trainings, meetings and practices within the program. This position is responsible for coaching and development of new staff through on the job training during their employment and for providing SCM and CPR/First Aid training to employees by performing the following duties.

Team Leader - Residential Services

Responsible for assisting the Program Specialist in the management of the waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.

Waiver Manager

Responsible for assisting the Licensed Psychologist and Program Director in the management of the Waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.

Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) Shift Supervisor

The CRRS Shift Supervisor is responsible for the management of the respective shift and the supervision of the individuals within that unit during that shift by performing the following duties.

Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) Residential Manager

Responsible for assisting the Licensed Psychologist and Program Director in the management of the CRR home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.

Service Coordinator - Residential Services

Responsible for the general oversight of the individuals admission, discharge and is the primary liaison between the agency and the families, placing agencies and other involved providers; is responsible for all clerical needs of the program including maintenance of medical records.

Residential Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of the respective residential setting, the individuals within that house, and the employees by performing the following duties.

Director of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Treatment

Responsible for the day to day operations of the residential and Adult Day Services components of the agency by performing the following duties

Behavior Consultant

Provide face to face assessments to gather a thorough client history which helps guide treatment goals and objectives. The BC collaborates with the client and natural supports to design and direct the implementation of an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) utilizing behavior modification interventions individualized to each client. The goal of BC Services is to provide expertise in identifying, improving and stabilizing the child’s complex behavioral needs that occur outside of those expected with normal growth and development.

Behavioral Specialist

Responsible for conducting assessments; developing and monitoring treatment/behavior plans; and, providing clinical expertise, supervision, and guidance to the staff providing service to the individuals enrolled in this community-based program.

Therapist - Residential Services

Responsible for the management of an assigned caseload of clientele for individual, family and group therapy. This will be done as a member of, and in coordination with the Residential Treatment Team.

Executive Director: Beacon Light Adult Residential Services

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs, clinical staff, and physicians, if locally employed. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.

Nurse Manager

Responsible for the medical management of the individuals served and along with the human resources department manages employee health issues. This position has operational oversight of the assigned programs.

Behavioral Consultant

The Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) designs an individual plan to develop skills that give a child or adolescent the opportunity for learning and growing. The Behavior Specialist is also responsible for assessment, program design, and monitoring the plan by performing the following duties.

Treatment Coordinator

Responsible for all aspects related to clinical and operational oversight of the residential program.

Program Manager- Residential Services

The Residential Program Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned residential programs. Provides strategic oversight of the residential program's subcontractors, operations, budgets and forecasting to ensure achievement of goals and financial metrics. Responsible for ensuring that the residential team provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Works hand in hand with the Director of Residential Services and the Executive Director to ensure coordination and provide oversight as required. Position is required to carry out individual responsibilities with initiative, independence and creativity while exercising sound professional judgement.
