Treatment Coordinator

Description

Responsible for all aspects related to clinical and operational oversight of the residential program.

Tasks

  • The documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
  • Direct supervision and management of the employees within the program.
  • Manage a caseload to ensure clients access appropriate, coordinated services as needs change.
  • Ensure Master Treatment Plans and Reviews are completed accurately and on time.
  • Meeting with the consulting physicians to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

Qualifications / Education

  • Master's degree in counseling or related field required.
  • Two years experience in a supervisory position within a related field.
  • Must hold a clinical license such as Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), National Certified Counselor (NCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) and/or a certification in ABA or FBA.
