Team Leader - Residential Services

Responsible for assisting the Program Specialist in the management of the waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.

• Review and revise individual programs as needed, under direction of Program Specialist or Treatment Director.
• Provide direct supervision of individuals.
• Administer medications to individuals in all cottages as scheduled.
• Review program data sheets and submit monthly data and other reports as requested.
• Ensure needed clothing is purchased promptly based on inventory.
• Train staff and individuals on fire safety procedures in a timely and thorough manner.

• High school graduate or the equivalent but preference is given to college trained individual with background in child development, psychology, education or a related field.
