Nurse Manager

Responsible for the medical management of the individuals served and along with the human resources department manages employee health issues. This position has operational oversight of the assigned programs.

• Document important information and data promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and manage program staff effectively.
• Manage an assigned caseload to ensure clients access necessary services as needs change.
• Address daily healthcare needs and refer individuals to physicians as needed.
• Ensure medication administration and adherence to agency medication management policies.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
• One year of management and mental health experience required.
