Description

Provides supervision and guidance for the individuals who reside within the program by performing the following duties.

Tasks

  • Report to work on time as scheduled.
  • Provide direct supervision of individuals.
  • Use Positive Behavior Supports in daily interactions.
  • Schedule, attend, and complete all required annual trainings.
  • Know clients' medications, side effects, and administration times.

Qualifications / Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Prior experience working in the behavioral health field preferred.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a human service related field preferred.
