Executive Director: Beacon Light Adult Residential Services

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs, clinical staff, and physicians, if locally employed. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.

• Ensure safe, consumer-centered, high-quality services across all agency programs.
• Collaborate with executives and directors across affiliated companies to achieve organizational goals.
• Set direction and lead strategic initiatives for clinical programs and services.
• Maximize financial resources to support and achieve strategic goals.

• Master’s Degree in related field.
