Description

Responsible for the day to day operations of the residential and Adult Day Services components of the agency by performing the following duties

Tasks

  • Secure appropriate educational or day placements for individuals.
  • Establish and review discharge plans for individuals at least quarterly.
  • Provide or coordinate follow-up services for discharged individuals.
  • Observe, supervise, and train staff on implementing individual program Plans.
  • Write treatment plans for caseload, including behavior plans with input from staff and psychologist.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university is required. Two (2) years' work experience working directly with persons with disabilities is required.
