Description

Responsible for the management of the respective shift and the supervision of the individuals within that unit during that shift by performing the following duties.

Tasks

  • Reporting to work in a timely manner when scheduled.
  • Provide direct supervision of individuals.
  • Model professionalism in appearance, actions, and communication with staff and individuals.
  • Use Positive Behavior Supports in all interactions.
  • Schedule, attend, and complete all required annual training.

Qualifications / Education

  • Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours with two years of relevant experience; or,
  • Bachelor's' Degree Preference is given to those with one year of experience
  • Preference is given to degrees in a Human Service related field
