Residential Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of the respective residential setting, the individuals within that house, and the employees by performing the following duties.

• Model professionalism in appearance, actions, and communication with staff and individuals.
• Be a supportive team member; assist coworkers, share duties, and welcome new employees.
• Maintain program space and equipment; ensure safety and compliance with standards and policies.
• Treat subordinates with courtesy and respect using sound management practices.
• Coordinate with the treatment team to help achieve treatment plan objectives.

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with intellectually disabled adults preferred.
