Direct Support Professional - IDD
The Adult Habilitation Center Worker provides direct care within the Adult Habilitation Center Program. This day program provides Community services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk, Cameron and McKean Counties. The AHC Worker provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.
Program Assistant
This position performs a wide variety of clerical and billing duties to support various programs.
Employment Support Specialist
Assists the consumer with obtaining and maintaining community based competitive employment by providing job development, on-the-job training and ongoing support services.
IDD Supervisor
Responsible for the supervision of the respective residential setting, the individuals within that house, and the employees.
Residential Staff Mentor
Responsible for assisting the Program Specialist in the management of the waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.
AHC Supervisor
Responsible for the supervision of the program, the individuals, and employees
Employment Support Specialist (ESS) Manager
Responsible for the day to day operations of the ESS program. The ESS program provides vocational services to individuals with IDD, MH, deaf, blindness and physical disability diagnoses, in Cameron, Elk, McKean and Potter Counties. This position supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards
AHC Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Community Residential, Lifesharing and ADT programs. These programs provide residential and day program services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Potter County. The Community Programs Director supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards.
Life Sharing Supervisor
Responsible for the monitoring of the individuals, and contracted employees by performing the following duties. Meet, at a minimum, with Licensed Life Sharing providers monthly and Unlicensed Life Sharing providers every other month it ensure individuals are being cared for and their needs are being met. Ensure that contacted employees are following all local, state, and federal regulations governing the Life Sharing Program.
IDD Director
Responsible for the day to day operations of the residential and Adult Day Services components of the agency by performing the following duties.
Senior Director of IDD
Provides clinical and operational oversight of all IDD programs, and collaborates with stakeholders including Office of Developmental Programs, County Personal, and other service providers. This is a senior level, professional position that serves on the Leadership Team. The IDD Services Director supervises agency Program Directors/Supervisors across multiple counties, and ensures that all programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements. He/she works with Program Directors/Supervisors to ensure the highest level of quality and ethical care to produce sustainable program outcomes.
