Description
Responsible for the day to day operations of the ESS program. The ESS program provides vocational services to individuals with IDD, MH, deaf, blindness and physical disability diagnoses, in Cameron, Elk, McKean and Potter Counties. This position supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards
Tasks
- Monitor program financial performance; seek referrals to maintain census and utilization goals.
- Collect data to update organizational maps, dashboards, and track program trends.
- Stay current on regulatory changes affecting the program and industry.
- Manage staffing: hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in vocational rehabilitation, vocational education or counseling, or a related human services field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience working in an Employment Support Services program.
- High School Diploma or equivalency with 4 years of experience working with the IDD population.
