IDD Director

Responsible for the day to day operations of the residential and Adult Day Services components of the agency by performing the following duties.

• Document important information and data promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and manage daily department functions.
• Manage caseload to ensure clients access needed, coordinated services.
• Ensure timely completion of Master Treatment Plans and Reviews.
• Assist Director of Residential Services in next fiscal year’s budget planning.

• Master's degree in counseling or related field required.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a supervisory position within the field.
