Description

Provides clinical and operational oversight of all IDD programs, and collaborates with stakeholders including Office of Developmental Programs, County Personal, and other service providers. This is a senior level, professional position that serves on the Leadership Team. The IDD Services Director supervises agency Program Directors/Supervisors across multiple counties, and ensures that all programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements. He/she works with Program Directors/Supervisors to ensure the highest level of quality and ethical care to produce sustainable program outcomes.

Tasks

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership, supervising IDD program Directors/Supervisors.
  • Evaluate and develop program standards using best practices and quality improvement data.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of DCI policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist Directors/Supervisors in setting and monitoring program goals and objectives.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in human services and/or business.
  • 5 years supervisory experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with IDD consumers.
  • Valid driver's license.
