Residential Staff Mentor

Responsible for assisting the Program Specialist in the management of the waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.

• Document important information and data promptly and professionally.
• Review and update individual programs timely under Program Specialist or Treatment Director.
• Supervise individuals to ensure safety and care.
• Administer medications to individuals in cottages as scheduled.
• Review program data sheets and submit monthly and other requested reports on time.

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Preference given to college trained individuals with background in child development, psychology, education or a related field.
