Rehabilitation Supervisor

Work directly with mental health consumers by assisting persons with functional disabilities resulting from mental illness to develop, enhance, and/or retain psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal adjustment, and/or independent living skills. May perform supervisory functions as delegated by the director. Discussing approaches to assist individuals in goal attainment.

Rehabilitation Coordinator

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of client treatment plans that address the needs and interests of all residents in the RTFA. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the coordination of referrals, conducting client intakes, gathering all relevant information needed to develop treatment strategies that will help the client in achieving his/her goals, and organizing and coordinating program discharges. Crisis management and resolution are also important functions of this position. The incumbent must maintain a professional relationship with internal program staff and community resource providers which includes facilitation and participation in weekly case review/treatment team meetings.

Rehabilitation Tech

Responsible for providing psychiatric rehabilitation, mobile medication monitoring and support services to clients in the CROMISA program in need of skills training, symptom management, and resource coordination in the living, learning, working, and socialization areas. The incumbent will develop recovery plans collaboratively with the client and the CROMISA treatment team, provide recovery interventions according to each client's recovery plan and provide input to the CROMISA treatment team regarding the client's progress and continued need for such services.

Part-Time Aide

Responsible for assisting the Rehabilitation Coordinators and Therapists in providing the necessary support and information needed to implement each clients’ treatment plan. The incumbent also assists clients with daily activities, medication monitoring, management of daily tasks and providing transportation when needed.

Therapist

Responsible for facilitating group and individual behavioral therapy for adults with mental illness and their families. This treatment component is an integral part of a multidisciplinary clinical team that utilizes professional clinical judgment in the use of various therapeutic interventions. Further, the incumbent must maintain a professional relationship with internal program staff and community resource providers as well to ensure quality programming and appropriate aftercare planning. Crisis management and resolution are also important functions of this position.

Rehabilitation Technician

Responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living to clients residing in the Personal Care Home. The incumbent is expected to promote a home-like atmosphere and encourage positive social experiences and interactions with and between clients.

Psych Rehab Supervisor

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Youth in Transition and CROMISA programs. The incumbent will provide orientation, direct rehabilitation and support services, and clinical decision making as it pertains to the members. Further, the incumbent will assume responsibility for the organization and management of programmatic systems and structures. The incumbent will also be responsible for clinical management in the Independent Living Services program, which includes the supervision and mentoring of direct care professionals who provide rehabilitation and support services to individuals with mental health needs. The incumbent will maintain a focus on mental health recovery approaches through leadership by example and coaching.

Mobile Med Supervisor

A clinical member of the multidisciplinary team, and supports the Director of Mobile Medication Monitoring with providing clinical direction, program development, supervision, teaching/mentoring of MMM staff, caseload assignments, and monitoring of essential MMM related documentation.

Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) Manager

Responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA). Duties include the supervision and mentoring of direct care professionals who provide treatment and support services to individuals with mental health needs in the RTFA program; budget development and monitoring; enforcement and monitoring of regulatory requirements; and direction of overall program operation. The incumbent will maintain a focus on mental health recovery approaches through leadership by example, coaching and the development of programmatic systems that promote interdisciplinary collaboration.

Executive Director - Stairways Behavioral Health

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs, clinical staff, and physicians, if locally employed. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.
