Mobile Med Supervisor

A clinical member of the multidisciplinary team, and supports the Director of Mobile Medication Monitoring with providing clinical direction, program development, supervision, teaching/mentoring of MMM staff, caseload assignments, and monitoring of essential MMM related documentation.

• Leads with confidence and objectivity; completes tasks and drives strategic program development.
• Provides supervision to MMW staff; reviews plans, documents, and tracks productivity and goals.
• Maintains a small caseload and ensures compliance with all documentation and service standards.
• Coordinates med monitoring program, conducts intakes, and manages medication tracking systems.
• Performs med monitoring duties accurately; educates clients and documents med administration.
• Supports clients during medical visits; completes follow-ups and ensures med-related needs are met.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and promotes effective service delivery across the program.

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field and 4 years of experience in the field; OR, equivalent education and experience as determined by agency standards and guidelines of position and 5 years full time experience within the agency.
