Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) Manager

Responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA). Duties include the supervision and mentoring of direct care professionals who provide treatment and support services to individuals with mental health needs in the RTFA program; budget development and monitoring; enforcement and monitoring of regulatory requirements; and direction of overall program operation. The incumbent will maintain a focus on mental health recovery approaches through leadership by example, coaching and the development of programmatic systems that promote interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Confidently manages staff and program aligned with mission, vision, and strategic goals.
• Creates, monitors clear agendas for program development; completes assigned tasks and projects.
• Monitors program operations, staffing, resources; ensures contract and regulatory compliance.
• Reports outcomes, satisfaction, and resolves issues quickly with effective troubleshooting.
• Provides clinical leadership using best practices; coaches staff to engage clients in recovery.
• Manages budget adherence, service projections, billing accuracy, and census monitoring.
• Recruits, trains, supervises, disciplines staff; supports professional development and retention.

• Master's degree in clinically-oriented field or equivalent education and experience as determined by agency standards and guidelines of position; licensure preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
