Insulator EL
Responsible for installing and maintaining pipe, tank, and vessel insulation systems, including jacketing, removable blankets, gores, and miters. Knowledgeable in insulation materials, specifications, safety regulations, PPE compliance, lockout/tagout procedures, and operation of shop and jobsite equipment such as forklifts and JLG manlifts. Skilled in material takeoffs, inventory tracking, repairs, and supporting industrial insulation projects while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.
Insulator Journeyman I
Responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial insulation systems for piping, tanks, vessels, and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Responsible for supporting insulation fabrication, material handling, inventory tracking, and the safe operation of tools and equipment, including forklifts and aerial lifts. Responsible for maintaining clean and organized job sites, following lockout/tagout procedures, and contributing to efficient project completion through teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
Insulator Journeyman II
Responsible for identifying and installing insulation systems for refinery equipment, piping, tanks, vessels, and refractory applications while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Responsible for performing insulation repairs, jacketing, removable blanket fabrication, inventory management, and refractory work on boilers and fired heaters. Responsible for maintaining safe work practices, operating tools and equipment, coordinating with contractors, and supporting efficient project completion through strong communication, leadership, and technical skills.
Insulator Journeyman III
Responsible for supervising craft employees and supporting insulation work in a refinery setting. This job includes overseeing insulation installation, repair, removal, material tracking, safety compliance, and daily work assignments to make sure projects are completed safely and correctly.
Insulator Specialist
Responsible for supervising craft employees and supporting advanced insulation work in a refinery setting. This position oversees insulation installation, repairs, material ordering, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and daily work assignments to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Energy Technician Journeyman I
Responsible for performing journeyman-level energy technician work by maintaining, repairing, and monitoring steam traps, condensate systems, and related steam equipment. This position supports steam system efficiency, follows all safety procedures, assists with inventory and trap surveys, and helps maintain accurate records for repairs and system performance.
Energy Technician Journeyman II
Responsible for performing journeyman-level energy technician work by completing advanced steam trap maintenance, steam system repairs, condensate line setup, and equipment troubleshooting. This position supports steam system efficiency, coordinates work with contractors, maintains inventory and spare parts, and follows all safety procedures to keep refinery operations running properly.
Energy Technician Journeyman III
Responsible for performing experienced energy technician work by completing advanced steam trap maintenance, steam system repairs, condensate system design, and equipment troubleshooting. This position supports steam system efficiency, coordinates and oversees contractor work, leads safety and team meetings when needed, and helps plan daily work to keep refinery operations running safely and effectively.
Energy Technician Specialist
Responsible for performing specialist-level energy technician work by designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced steam trap, steam trace, condensate, and related steam systems. This position supervises craft work, coordinates contractors, develops maintenance procedures, manages inventory, leads safety meetings, and fills in for the supervisor when needed.
