Service Coordinator - Therapeutic Support
Responsible for providing case management services and coordinating care with other service delivery systems by performing the duties outlined in this job description.
Direct Support Professional - Therapeutic Support
Responsible for providing supervision and guidance for the individuals who reside at the Agency.
Recovery Assistance Consumer Aide
Provides recovery assistance services to consumers living in the community. These services include transportation to obtain necessities for living such as prescriptions, groceries, and clothing. Provide assistance, when requested from Forest-Warren Human Services, for such tasks as light housekeeping and relocating if necessary. Perform other services as requested by the Beacon Light Adult Services Treatment Team or Forest-Warren Human Services which may not be provided by Blended Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, or Mobile Medication Staff.
Team Leader - Therapeutic Support
Responsible for the management of the respective shift and the supervision of the individuals within that unit during that shift.
Vocational Coordinator
Responsible for management and oversight of the Fairweather Lodge (FWL) program and operation of WellSpring Home & Garden company.
Program Manager - Therapeutic Support
Responsible for the general oversight of the individuals' admission, treatment follow-through, and discharge. Is the primary liaison between the agency and the families, schools, placing agencies and other involved providers. This position has clinical oversight of the assigned programs.
Therapist - Therapeutic Support
Responsible for the management of an assigned caseload of clientele for individual, family and group therapy. This will be done as a member of, and in coordination with the CSRU Treatment Team by performing the following duties.
Consumer and Family Advocate
Responsible for serving as the liaison between the individual, his/her family or legal guardians and governing systems and other social service organizations. The Consumer & Family Advocate’s goal is to provide support and access to necessary services needed while in the program and connections after discharge.
Behavioral Health Coordinator
Provides supervision and guidance for the individuals who reside within the program.
Community Stabilization and Reintegration Unit (CSRU) Program Director
Responsible for the day to day operations of the CSRU.
