Description
Responsible for management and oversight of the Fairweather Lodge (FWL) program and operation of WellSpring Home & Garden company.
Tasks
- The documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
- Direct supervision and management of the employees within the program.
- Enforcement of fidelity standards and principles that govern FWL.
- Oversight and facilitation of intakes.
- Coordination of resources.
Qualifications / Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Experience in retail industry/management required.
