Program Manager - Therapeutic Support

Description

Responsible for the general oversight of the individuals' admission, treatment follow-through, and discharge. Is the primary liaison between the agency and the families, schools, placing agencies and other involved providers. This position has clinical oversight of the assigned programs.

Tasks

  • Participate in the on-call system and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Complete initial assessments for assigned individuals.
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans with the program director to meet 5320.43(b) standards.
  • Provide weekly clinical supervision, including case reviews and treatment planning.
  • Attend team meetings and consultations as needed.

Qualifications / Education

  • The CSRU Clinical Director must be a psychologist licensed in the state of Pennsylvania or be a licensed master’s level therapist who holds one of the following licenses in the state of Pennsylvania: LPC, LCSW or LSW.
  • Must demonstrate comprehension (preferably certification) in one of the established behavior modification techniques (ABA, FBA).
  • The Clinical Director will be able to demonstrate they have prior knowledge and experience working with individuals with ID; working with individuals with a serious mental illness and intellectual/developmental disabilities and providing clinical supervision to clinical and non- clinical staff in the CSRU.
