Therapist - Therapeutic Support

Responsible for the management of an assigned caseload of clientele for individual, family and group therapy. This will be done as a member of, and in coordination with the CSRU Treatment Team by performing the following duties.

• Document important information and data in a timely, professional manner per program director guidance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each client’s program thoroughly and on time.
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy as outlined in the client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare interagency reports and reviews; offer treatment planning recommendations.
• Complete progress notes or dictations for all therapy sessions within 24 hours.

• Master’s Degree in a Human Service related field. Prior experience and licensure/certifications preferred.
