Resident Care Assistant

Responsible for providing personal care and to assist with activities of daily living, exercise programs, and related services in the personal care facilities.

Certified Nurse Aide/Transporter

Responsible for transporting patients between departments, specimens and direct patient responsible for transporting patients between departments, specimens and direct patient related items between departments and performing assigned miscellaneous tasks.

Certified Nurse Aide

Responsible for prioritizing resident needs in order to assure their continuing comfort while providing direct and indirect supportive nursing care.  We provide round-the-clock coverage and offer personalized attention to each resident in our home-like atmosphere. 

Medical Assistant - Long Term Care

Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other Penn Highlands services, or outside health care providers. The Medical Assistant will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.

Medication Aide

Complete medication administration, proper medication documentation, and supervision of the medication room/carts. Along with providing personal care, and to assist with activities of daily living, exercise programs, and related services in the Personal Care facility.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Responsible for participating in total nursing care for our residents, providing education to residents and families, and supporting the team.  We provide round-the-clock coverage and offer personalized attention to each resident in our home-like atmosphere. 

Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Responsible for delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.  

Registered Nurse, Assessment Coordinator

Coordinate the nursing care for our residents, participating in education to residents and families, and supporting the team.  We provide round-the-clock coverage and offer personalized attention to each resident in our home-like atmosphere.  

Resident Care Coordinator

Responsible for assisting with all planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing facilities residents services'. Activities include delivery of resident care for overall well-being, ensuring appropriate high quality resident care is tailored to the person centered needs of the resident.

Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse

Responsible for leadership of the nursing department and for the direction and supervision of all nursing service functions, including the quality of resident care and the competency of the personnel in nursing services.
