Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse

Responsible for leadership of the nursing department and for the direction and supervision of all nursing service functions, including the quality of resident care and the competency of the personnel in nursing services. 

• Provide leadership and management to support organizational goals.
• Oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with departments to align operations and initiatives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement needed changes.
• Support a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.

• Have a current PA RN License
• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing, or willingness to train
• 1 year of experience in Nurse Leadership in Long Term Care as a Registered Nurse
• Have previous management experience (preferred)
• Have effective communication and collaboration skills with all members of the healthcare team
• Have ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, shifts, departments, etc.
