Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Responsible for participating in total nursing care for our residents, providing education to residents and families, and supporting the team.  We provide round-the-clock coverage and offer personalized attention to each resident in our home-like atmosphere. 

• Provide direct patient care and monitor health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications safely and observe for side effects or reactions.
• Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Perform wound care, including dressing changes and infection prevention.
• Document care provided and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
• Follow care plans and ensure patient comfort and safety.

• Have current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse License or Temporary License
• Have current CPR or BLS certification preferred
