Resident Care Assistant

Responsible for providing personal care and to assist with activities of daily living, exercise programs, and related services in the personal care facilities.

• Assist residents with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Manage and administer medications according to care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Engage residents in activities that support social and emotional well-being.
• Assist with mobility, including walking, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
• Support a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.
• Document care provided and follow individualized care plans.

• High school diploma and/or GED required
