Certified Nurse Aide/Transporter

Responsible for transporting patients between departments, specimens and direct patient responsible for transporting patients between departments, specimens and direct patient related items between departments and performing assigned miscellaneous tasks.

• Provide basic patient care assistance under supervision of clinical staff.
• Transport patients safely to and from procedures or appointments.
• Assist with patient mobility, including repositioning and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Support patients with comfort measures and daily needs.
• Report patient concerns or changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols consistently.

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required within (1) year of employment.
• Familiarity with Restraint and Oxygen preferred.
• Medical Terminology Course preferred
