Administrative Assistant I Clerical Supervisor
Provides clerical support for the Executive Director and other Supervisors / Program Managers at ADAS. Based out of the Bradford office location and will ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. Serves as the Clerical Supervisor.
Administrative Assistant I Billing
Performs a variety of clerical work and office support for all staff at the Maple Manor Inpatient Facility to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. Performs all billing for aspects for Maple Manor
Administrative Assistant I HR
Provides payroll support and assists with human relations for all staff and fiscal administrative and billing support to the entire agency to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively remotely in the Port Allegany office.
Administrative Assistant II Billing
Provides billing support to all staff and all outpatient offices of the agency to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively remotely in the Port Allegany office.
Administrative Assistant II HR
Provides human relation support to all staff and fiscal administrative support to the entire agency to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively remotely in the Port Allegany office.
Administrative Officer 4
Serves as the Fiscal Officer for the organization. Responsible for the development and total management of the accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, productivity, billing functions and all communications and reports between the organization and the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) fiscal management office for all organization departments of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. This includes all state and federal funding requirements and reporting.
Deputy Director
Provide oversight of compliance, EMR's and facilities for Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services, Inc. and clinical services for Maple Manor under the supervision of the Executive Director.
Executive Director
Directs the Single County Authority (SCA) for Cameron, Elk and McKean Counties. Plans and evaluates the community drug and alcohol prevention, intervention, and treatment services. Works in concert with County Commissioners as a joinder to deliver these services.
