Description

Provides payroll support and assists with human relations for all staff and fiscal administrative and billing support to the entire agency to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively remotely in the Port Allegany office.

Tasks

  • Prepare and submit biweekly payroll for 62 staff; review reports for accuracy and updates.
  • Serve as receptionist for admin office; transfer calls, take messages, and assist clients.
  • Provide backup coverage at Port Allegany office: greet clients, schedule, and collect payments.
  • Assist Billing Admin with posting payments, maintaining files, mailing invoices, and tracking.
  • Support HR Admin with filing and mailing invoices and maintaining related documentation.
  • Assist with interviews: greet applicants, explain roles, and collect all required documents.
  • Join Zoom meetings to evaluate applicants and recommend best hiring decisions.

Qualifications / Education

  • Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
