Description
Provides human relation support to all staff and fiscal administrative support to the entire agency to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively remotely in the Port Allegany office.
Tasks
- Write checks bi-weekly for SCA functional unit expenses and ensure timely disbursements.
- Code and post checks to ledger; make account adjustments when necessary.
- Handle benefits, payroll deductions, salary changes; prepare accruals and monthly payments.
- Maintain SCA receivables, deposits, A/P reports, financials, and monthly bookkeeping.
- Attend fiscal meetings and represent financial matters as needed.
- Assist in preparing budget estimates and fiscal/statistical reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
Qualifications / Education
- One year of experience as a staff assistant to an administrative officer or as a technician in a staff service of a large organization; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university;
- or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
