Description
Provides billing support to all staff and all outpatient offices of the agency to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively remotely in the Port Allegany office.
Tasks
- Bill monthly for outpatient insurance, MA, CCBH, client/prevention billing, and other funders.
- Serve as backup and checker for inpatient billing: insurance, MA, CCBH, and SCA claims.
- Maintain client liabilities and B-Sheets; generate monthly reports from this information.
- Distribute monthly reports to supervisors based on funding sources and service areas.
- Track and report productivity for the Executive Director and Treatment Program Managers.
- Record and apply payments, co-pays, evaluations, and UAs; generate supporting fiscal reports.
Qualifications / Education
- One year of experience as a staff assistant to an administrative officer or as a technician in a staff service of a large organization; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university;
- or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
