Description
Serves as the Fiscal Officer for the organization. Responsible for the development and total management of the accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, productivity, billing functions and all communications and reports between the organization and the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) fiscal management office for all organization departments of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. This includes all state and federal funding requirements and reporting.
Tasks
- Supervises Clerical Supervisor, Administrative Assistants, and Administrative Clerical staff.
- Selects, trains, evaluates, and schedules admin assistants, clerical staff, and clerical admins.
- Maintains ongoing communication with administrative and clerical support team members.
- Facilitates seamless communication across all ADAS departments and internal stakeholders.
- Manages all funding streams and various grants awarded to or received by ADAS, Inc.
Qualifications / Education
- One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth title); or Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
