Medical Technician

Responsible for the medical and non-medical management of the individuals served, by assisting the LIP’s in delivering the appropriate care within the PRTF model of the residential setting.

Nurse LPN

Responsible for working with the Director of Nursing and Program Manager in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing health concerns within the residential program.

Nurse RN

Responsible for working with the Treatment Team and Director of Nursing in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing all health concerns within the program.

Graduate Nurse

A series of learning and work experiences designed to assist new nursing graduates as they transition into their first professional nursing role. The experiences have an emphasis on the development of clinical and leadership skills for the nurse to become successful within our team. Responsible for collaboratively assisting the Residential RN, Treatment Team and Director of Nursing in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing all health concerns within the program by performing assigned duties.

Nurse Manager

Responsible for the overall nursing functions within the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility programs. The Nurse Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned residential programs. Provides strategic oversight of the residential program's subcontractors, operations, budgets and forecasting to ensure achievement of goals and financial metrics. Responsible for ensuring that the assigned residential team provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Works hand in hand with the Director of Residential Services and the Executive Director to ensure coordination and provide oversight as required. Position is required to carry out individual responsibilities with initiative, independence and creativity while exercising sound professional judgment.

Nurse Supervisor

Responsible for working with the CSRU Program Director and collaborating with the medical staff in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing all health concerns within the CSRU program by performing the following duties.

Director of Nursing

Responsible for overseeing the provision of medical and nursing care provided to individuals served in residential and ambulatory services. He/she supports physicians, sets nursing policy standards and oversees nursing services provided to individuals across the organizations through consultation with Executive Directors and program managers.
