Description
Responsible for working with the Director of Nursing and Program Manager in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing health concerns within the residential program.
Tasks
- Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicating necessary medial related information to all employees.
- Working as a member of a team including being supportive and friendly to employees, treating others with respect, keeping personal problems away from work, splitting duties equally amongst co-workers, assisting co-workers when requested and welcoming new employees, giving them extra support and encouragement.
- Attending and completing scheduled required annual training.
- Following through on directives given to him/her by his/her supervisor or by other designated administration within the agency.
Qualifications / Education
- Be a graduate of Accredited Professional Nursing Program
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- One year of prior experience or training preferred.
