Nurse Supervisor

Responsible for working with the CSRU Program Director and collaborating with the medical staff in the delivery of nursing care and overseeing all health concerns within the CSRU program by performing the following duties.

• Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of nursing staff.
• Evaluate and schedule nursing activities each shift to ensure patient care and safety, staff relations and efficiency of service. Ensure that nursing rounds are made hourly, and that nursing staff participates in the milieu.
• Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete initial nursing assessments and ongoing assessments required in the implementation of client care within program regulations including dental, eye, auditory, labs work, and admission assessments.
• Assist in completing P.T. and O.T and dietary assessments on admission and as needed thereafter on all individuals in care.

• Graduate of Accredited Professional Nursing program and have a current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• One year of prior experience or training required
