Production Manager
Responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility ensuring company financial goals are met. To ensure success this individual will have oversight relative to employee and machine capacity, capabilities and efficiencies. This also requires reporting to and working with the General Manager to resolve any problem areas to maximize profits, and meet scheduling deadlines. The Production Manager also works closely with the Process Engineer providing operational feedback for continuous improvement of processes. Customer account management may be required.

This role ensures that customer service, project management, customer communication, and the assembly of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical disciplines are executed efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within the department.
