Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for plant leadership. Requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Acts as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, communications, and essential documentation.

Storeroom Coordinator

Responsible for managing inventory, organizing supplies, and ensuring that maintenance and production teams have the necessary parts and materials to operate efficiently. Focuses on inventory control, vendor coordination, and process improvement to maintain an optimized storeroom that supports plant operations without excess costs or delays.

Environmental Manager

Responsible for ensuring the plant operates in full compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and company sustainability goals. This role oversees air, water, and waste management programs, conducts audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to minimize environmental impact. Collaborates with leadership, operations, and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and promote environmental stewardship.

Safety Manager

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Leads safety initiatives, conducts training, and collaborates with leadership and employees to foster a culture of excellence. Ensures compliance with OSHA, company policies, and industry best practices while proactively identifying and mitigating workplace hazards.

HR Business Partner

HRBP serves as a strategic advisor and liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals. Focuses on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and driving a strong workplace culture. Partners with plant leadership to support employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Project Manager

Responsible for planning,executing, and overseeing capital projects, process improvements, and facility upgrades within the plant. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with plant goals for safety, efficiency, and quality. Collaborates with engineering, maintenance, operations, and corporate teams to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
