Description

Provides administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for plant leadership. Requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Acts as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, communications, and essential documentation.

Tasks

  • Assist plant leadership with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
  • Draft and distribute communications, memos, and reports on behalf of leadership.
  • Plan and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Maintain confidential records, track KPIs, and organize critical plant documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and other admin needs for leadership.
  • Support special projects, including research, reporting, and follow-ups on initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive company and employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications / Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Exel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating meetings, reports, and correspondence.
