Description

HRBP serves as a strategic advisor and liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals. Focuses on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and driving a strong workplace culture. Partners with plant leadership to support employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Tasks

  • Align HR strategies with business goals to build a high performing, engaged workforce.
  • Act as a resource for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace culture.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and succession planning for talent development.
  • Analyze staffing needs and optimize scheduling, recruitment, and skills development.
  • Guide supervisors on goal setting, coaching, and performance feedback practices.
  • Educate employees on pay, benefits, and incentive plans per company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies, tracking HR metrics to drive improvement.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience with employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making. Experience with change management and workforce planning.
