Inside Salesperson

Attains sales and gross margin objectives for all product categories with contractor and DIY accounts.

Kitchen & Bath Sales

Attains sales and gross profit objectives for kitchen and bath and all other associated product categories with contractor and walk in retail accounts.

Commercial Sales Facilitator

The Commercial Sales Department at Lezzer Lumber is responsible for providing service to professional builders with a focus on commercial construction such as multi-family housing, hotels, assisted living facilities, senior living complexes and more. The Commercial Sales Department is a major sector of our business showing no signs of slowing down. A facilitator for the commercial division will be tasked with creating accurate estimates within the allotted time that are competitive and fairly priced as well as offering sales support to the entire commercial team.

Outside Salesperson

Attains sales and gross profit margin objectives for assigned territory with contractor accounts.

Commercial Estimator

Performs estimating process for Commercial Construction projects in cooperation with the Commercial Sales Staff and the Owners or General Contractor to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally.

Estimator

Completes accurate estimates from blue-prints on a timely basis as assigned by various manual estimating techniques and systems. Estimates are completed and presented in a pre-determined bid presentation format.

Buyer

The primary role of a Buyer at Lezzer Lumber is managing the day-to-day inventory and service levels for the assigned product lines for all locations. The buyer will be expected to contribute to the profitability of the assigned lines by working to improve sales, gross margins, inventory turns as well as advertising and purchasing rebates. An essential function of the buyer will be to ensure the appropriate in-stock position for the respective products lines by managing the replenishment of each SKU through the company’s purchasing system. Additionally, it is the assumed responsibility to require vendor compliance regarding timely and complete order fulfillment, negotiate special pricing for the company’s advertising of monthly specials.
