Description

Attains sales and gross profit objectives for kitchen and bath and all other associated product categories with contractor and walk in retail accounts.

Tasks

  • Sell and service contractor, retail, and commercial accounts.
  • Build business partnerships to strengthen relationships.
  • Recommend products and services to improve efficiency.
  • Work with Outside Sales to service accounts.
  • Provide designs, bids, quotes, and material estimates.
  • Follow pricing guidelines set by the Location Manager.
  • Increase sales volume and gross profit margins.

Qualifications / Education

  • PC literate; strong working knowledge of a computer-based cabinet design software package (20/20 preferred). Formal training in cabinet design or applicable work experience. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Exceptional influence skills: comfortable in working at various levels throughout the organization. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Moderate degree of analytical skill, reasoning ability, critical thinking. Working knowledge of materials and associated estimating techniques. Able to demonstrate knowledge of mathematical requirements involved in pricing and estimating to include, but not limited to mark-up, gross margin calculation, square footage and area calculation perimeter, etc. High energy; makes early impact; high integrity
