Commercial Sales Facilitator

The Commercial Sales Department at Lezzer Lumber is responsible for providing service to professional builders with a focus on commercial construction such as multi-family housing, hotels, assisted living facilities, senior living complexes and more. The Commercial Sales Department is a major sector of our business showing no signs of slowing down. A facilitator for the commercial division will be tasked with creating accurate estimates within the allotted time that are competitive and fairly priced as well as offering sales support to the entire commercial team.

• Manage awarded jobs and review purchase orders for accuracy.
• Handle submittals and order entry.
• Provide inside support to customers and sales reps.
• Answer customer calls and relay key information.
• Complete AIA billing as required.
• Assess stock and special-order needs.
• Track incoming materials and job site deliveries.

• Strong organizational skills. Excellent analytical, reasoning and judgment as to quickly resolve customer service issues. Detail oriented. PC/data entry skills. Knowledge of basic math concepts as to calculate board footage conversion and delivery order weight. Two to Three years’ experience in the customer service industry. Excellent communication skills with a strong aptitude for customer service
