The Nurse Assistant Aide plays a very integrate and important role at Christ the King Manor and we are seeking patient and cheerful individuals to join our team. This is a great position for High school students wanting to start in the healthcare field.

Responsible for providing direct care to the residents. Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility. And as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services designee.

Oversees the general Nursing care of all residents in the facility. Primary professional nursing care provider on the unit, completes medication administration, treatments, and oversees personal care of residents. Monitors residents care plans and delivers individualized resident care.

Ensures that comprehensive quality care, assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.

Infection Prevention, RNAC (Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator), Wound Nurse, Staff Development.

Participates in Meetings and Care Plan Reviews providing information on individual resident's psychosocial condition, assists resident and families to maintain highest psychosocial quality of life possible.

Oversees the general Nursing care of all residents in the facility. Supervising of staff and ensuring state policies and procedures are being met.
