Director of Nursing

Oversees the general Nursing care of all residents in the facility. Supervising of staff and ensuring state policies and procedures are being met.

• Ensure that all nursing staff provide high-quality care to residents.
• Manage nursing staff - including hiring, training, and evaluating nurses and nursing assistants.
• Ensure that the nursing home complies with state and federal regulations regarding patient care standards.
• Monitor expenditures related to staffing, supplies, and equipment while ensuring that quality care is maintained within financial constraints.
• Point of contact for residents' families and other stakeholders.

• Graduate of an approved course in Registered Nursing with current license to practice Nursing in PA
• Prior experience in long-term care a must.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred but not required
