Resident Assistant
Assist the elderly who are functionally, physically, and or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight. Assist residents in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of personal care and to foster independence and freedom of choice in the activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help.
Resident Services Coordinator
Responsible for ensuring the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high quality health services in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of personal care and that complies with applicable state laws and regulations. Also responsible for the direct supervision of Resident Assistants along with supervision of all other employees.
Nurse Supervisor
Responsible for ensuring the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high quality health services in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of personal care and that complies with applicable state laws and regulations. Also responsible for the supervision of Resident Assistants.
Personal Care Home Administrator
Serve as ambassador to the personal care facility. Responsible for the day-to day administration of program and financial operations; planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of facilities services; management of staff; and the delivery of quality services as determined by the residents and their families. Also responsible for ensuring operation of a program that is consistent with the philosophy of personal care.
Nurse Manager
Responsible for ensuring the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high quality health services in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of personal care and that complies with applicable state laws and regulations. Also responsible for the management and supervision of the resident assistants.
