Administrative Assistant
Serve as an ambassador to the personal care program and supports the Administrator in meeting his/her responsibility for overall administration of the program/facility. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of personal care.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Assist CEO with all administrative tasks including, but not limited to, answering phone calls and taking messages, welcoming visitors and interacting with them, managing CEO schedule and appointments, arranging meetings, managing mail/fax communication, etc. Complete and maintain meeting minutes for various meetings including Management, Corporate Compliance, Board of Directors, etc.
Marketing Coordinator
Market services of Bradford Ecumenical Home, Inc. through development of resident handbook, newsletters, brochures, presentations, media coverage (newspaper, cable, and radio). Develop/update promotional materials for organization for use by residents, families and prospective admissions and order materials for events.
Information Technology (IT) Manager
Maintain server, data network, telephone system, and resident call system for Bradford Ecumenical Home, Inc., including the installation, upgrading, repair and preventative maintenance of multiple servers.
Administrator
Responsible to serve as an ambassador to the Personal Care Home. Responsible for the day-to day administration of program and financial operations; planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of facilities services; management of staff; and the delivery of quality services as determined by the residents and their families, also responsible for ensuring operation of a program that is consistent with the philosophy of personal care.
Director of Compliance
Develop, implement, and participate in community programming that will enhance and promote facility’s purposes and goals. Engage and participate in opportunities that will benefit Long Term Care legislation. Assist in the development, implementation and promotion of a Facility Endowment Fund.
Chief Executive Officer
Ensure that all residents receive care in a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances their quality of life without abridging the safety and rights of other residents. Ensure that each resident receives the necessary nursing, medical and psychosocial services to attain and maintain the highest possible mental and physical functional status, as defined by the comprehensive assessment and care plan.
