Description

Maintain server, data network, telephone system, and resident call system for Bradford Ecumenical Home, Inc., including the installation, upgrading, repair and preventative maintenance of multiple servers.

Tasks

  • Maintain and test network security, backups, and disaster recovery for all organization servers.
  • Set up and manage user accounts with secure passwords and personal storage access.
  • Monitor employee computer use for purpose and productivity.
  • Create and maintain policies on computer and system usage.
  • Help users with network access and program operation questions.
  • Develop and document procedures for servers, computers, printers, and system software.

Qualifications / Education

  • Must have a BS in Information Technology or equivalent or a bachelor’s degree in business with 5 years’ work experience in technology related field.
  • Must possess exceptional knowledge in computer application, network management and business administration, the Dir. of Info Tech requires the following skills and specifications:
  • Excellent management and organization skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all employees across varying departments
  • Excellent decision making abilities
  • Good analyzation skills
