Graphic Designer
Works under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications, to provide administrative, design, and support services for internal/external marketing purposes. The Graphic Designer will continue to operate Laser Engraver equipment and perform finishing tasks after Elkwood Arts program closing.
Marketing and Communications Intern
Assists the Marketing and Communications Department with marketing projects, referral development and agency recruitment.
Professional Development Specialist
Assists in training new staff and in supporting the implementation of trauma informed principles and practices to help promote staff development. This position is responsible for assisting leadership in monitoring staff morale and in implementing necessary trainings, meetings and practices within the programs. This position is responsible for coaching and development of new staff through on the job training during their employment.
Director of Institutional Advancement
Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive regional agency advancement, including annual fund, corporate and board relations, major gifts and gift planning, endowment, capital campaigns, and constituent relations efforts.
Director of Marketing and Communications
Responsible for educating the community and staff regarding affiliate programs and branding of the Journey Health System and all affiliates.
Director of Retention and Recruitment
Responsible for leading the affiliations recruiting and retention efforts by determining the strategic directions and objectives of recruiting and retention, supporting business growth while simultaneously maintaining the culture and quality standards. Additionally responsible for educating communities and key stakeholders regarding agency programs to promote community development.
