Director of Institutional Advancement

Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive regional agency advancement, including annual fund, corporate and board relations, major gifts and gift planning, endowment, capital campaigns, and constituent relations efforts.

• Collaborate with other leaders in Journey Health System to accomplish organizational goals, objectives, and mission.
• Support directions and strategic initiatives of clinical programs and services, through clear, concise communications, both verbal and written.
• Work closely with the CEO in the cultivation and management of strong relationships with board members and friends of the agency.
• Maintain donor databases.
• In conjunction with the Board Development Committee and the CEO, develop and manage a regional fund-raising program, including the following key components: Major giving, Planned giving and Annual giving with specific financial objectives in each area.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years progressive fundraising experience
